Terms of use
Welcome
By creating an account or playing Fudaya, you agree to these terms.
Fan game
Fudaya is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with any rights holder. All characters belong to their respective owners.
Virtual items have no value
Cards, boosters and Fragments are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and they do not belong to you in a legal sense: they exist only inside the game. The game is and will stay free.
Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. This is also the minimum age to use Discord.
Rules of use
Play fair and be kind. The following is not allowed:
- Creating several accounts, or helping other accounts, to get extra boosters or to farm trades.
- Bots, scripts or any automation to open boosters or trade.
- Selling, buying or trading cards, Fragments or accounts for real money or anything of real value.
- Insulting other players or using the game to harass anyone.
Trading and the market
Players can trade cards and Fragments directly and list cards on the market:
- Trading and the market unlock once you have opened 20 boosters and your identity is verified (a confirmed e-mail address).
- Market sales, auction sales and direct trades carry no fee: whoever sells or receives Fragments gets the full amount.
- Fragments have no monetary value. Selling or buying accounts, cards or Fragments for real money is forbidden and is sanctioned by a trading restriction or a ban.
- When abuse is found, a moderator can restrict your trading or your referral rewards. The restriction and its reason are recorded on your account.
Auctions
Players can sell cards by auction. The rules:
- Auctions use Fragments only. No real money is involved, ever.
- When you bid, the amount is held from your Fragments while you are the top bidder. If someone outbids you, the Fragments held are refunded at once.
- A bid is binding: you cannot withdraw it. A new bid must beat the current one by the minimum step shown on the auction.
- A seller cannot cancel an auction once it has a bid.
- Anti-sniping: a bid placed in the last 2 minutes extends the auction, up to 30 minutes after its scheduled end.
- When an auction sells, the seller receives the whole sale price: there is no fee.
- An administrator can cancel an auction that breaks the rules or whose card is removed; the Fragments held are refunded.
Wishlist and binder
Your wishlist and your trade binder are there to help you find cards. They are informative: marking a card as open to trade or wishing for a character does not promise anyone a trade, and nobody has to accept or make an offer.
Comptoir rules
The Comptoir is a place to find trades, not a social network. By posting there you accept these rules:
- Be respectful. No harassment, insults, hate speech, threats or sexual content.
- No links, contact details, personal information (yours or anyone else's) or invitations to talk elsewhere. Arrangements stay in the game.
- No offer to buy or sell cards, Fragments or accounts for real money, and no payment talk of any kind: these items have no monetary value.
- Use reports for real problems. Reporting in bad faith or to harass someone can be sanctioned.
- Trades happen only through the in-game trade flow: Propose opens a trade proposal, and nothing is exchanged in the chat.
- Breaking the rules can lead to the removal of a message, a mute for a while, a ban from the Comptoir or a trading restriction. You are always told the reason.
Friends and private messages
Friends are players who accepted each other. By writing to a friend you accept these rules:
- Be respectful. No harassment, insults, hate speech, threats or sexual content, and nothing that targets someone for who they are.
- No links, contact details, personal information (yours or anyone else's) or invitations to talk elsewhere.
- No offer to buy or sell cards, Fragments or accounts for real money, and no payment talk of any kind. Nothing is exchanged in the chat: trades go through the in-game trade flow.
- Use reports for real problems. Reporting in bad faith or to harass someone can be sanctioned. A report shows the team only the reported message and the ten before it.
- Breaking the rules can lead to a mute for a while, a ban from the Comptoir and from private messages together, or a trading restriction. A mute or a ban also stops you from sending or accepting friend requests and from changing who can send you requests.
- Private messages are for players aged 13 or older. If you do not want to hear from someone, block them; in Settings you can also stop receiving friend requests.
Guest accounts
You can play as a guest without an e-mail address. A guest account is deleted automatically after 30 days unless you sign in to keep it, and you can delete it at once by leaving guest mode.
Invitations
Inviting friends can earn rewards. Each person can be validated only once, and inviting yourself or using several accounts is forbidden. We can withhold rewards when we find abuse; rewards already granted stay with you.
Cosmetics
Cosmetics (frames, card backs, sleeves, showcase backgrounds, titles and badges) are earned by playing and are never sold. They have no monetary value and stay with your account: they do not travel with a card when it is traded or sold.
Bans
If you break these rules we may remove cards, limit trading, or suspend or delete your account, with or without warning depending on how serious it is. If you think a decision is wrong, write to contact@fudaya.gg.
The service
The game is provided as is, run by volunteers. We may change, pause or stop it, and we do our best to avoid losing your collection but cannot promise it.
Takedown requests
Rights holders can ask us to remove a character or a series by writing to takedown@fudaya.gg. Removed cards are hidden for everyone but stay counted in collections.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
